Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Lorien Life Center-Taneytown is a project of the Lorien Health Systems. Lorien-Taneytown is a 63-bed skilled nursing facility. Our focus is short term rehabilitation so that residents can return to their prior level of function. We have a specialized team of physical occupational and speech therapist to assist residents in meeting their goals. Expansion plans in the near future to include assisted living units. |
